“Brothers: Jesus and James” is the retelling of the Passion Week story as told through the eyes of the people around Jesus. James who acts as the “third wall” commenting on the events taking place and at the same time is involved as a character in the story as he tries to stop Jesus from bringing on the wrath of the Romans. His mere presence in Jerusalem is a threat to them. From the opening scenes of Jerusalem coming awake on the day of Jesus triumphal entry to the moving scenes of Jesus’ death and resurrection, Brothers is filled with beautiful songs, dramatic conflict and the triumph of the spirit.
